We see more and more wireless devices today. When things were being invented, they were always wired. A few decades back, nearly everything we used was wired. From telephones to internet services were wired.

Before the telephone, people used telegraphs. Before the telegraph was invented, it took weeks for a message to be sent and received. The telegraph revolutionized how message was sent and received. The message was basically sent over an electric wire and was delivered elsewhere. Similarly, the receiving party could read the message and send a reply within a matter of seconds. Both the World War 1 and World War 2 used telegraphs extensively. Messages were intercepted and sent to allies and enemies. It made the war much more deadlier and also more coordinated. Telegraph wires were connected along many lines among thousands of towns.

Once Alexander Graham Bell invented the telephone, which was not only one of the greatest inventions, it also changes communication forever. Telegraphs became obsolete and telephone wires were used instead. To this day, these wires exist in some countries. Miles and miles of wiring were made to connect people instantly. A telephone was present in every house.

Soon after the telephone became wireless. This became very convenient. Things became much easier. People no longer had to rush to a payphone to make a call. They also didn’t have to stay in one location and had the ability to move around. This may not seem like a big deal today because we even have buy power bank Hong Kong but at the time, it was a very big deal. Further mobile phones allowed us to call from anywhere to anyone.

Today we can get a sim card from anywhere in the world even if you’re in Asia, America or even most reliable Europe sim card can be purchased to use in any phone. Sim cards even allow internet access to us. Before when people connected to the internet, it was all wired but today everything is wireless. We can easily use high speed internet on our phones without a hassle for an affordable price.

We live in a world where wireless is the way to go. From our internet, phones, mirroring, casting and even charging has become wireless. This has allowed us many benefits than we had many years ago. Nearly everyone has benefitted from these changes. From individuals to many multinational corporations enjoy its convenience.

The future holds a completely wireless world where everything is instantly connected to this virtual grid that doesn’t require wires. Until that day you will still need to plug many appliances such as your laptop and TV to the power outlet.
